

Paul Millman
Paul Millman is a admitted to practice both in New York and Florida and has many clients with residences in both states. He has also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association and Florida Bar Association. He is an active member of the Estate Planning Counsel and has also served on the Executive Board for the Tax Committee and the Trusts and Estates Committee.

Paul has been the
keynote lecturer for the Estate Planning Council where he spoke about Defective
GRITS, GRAT, and GRATS, and has spoken at the Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester
County Bar Associations on various tax and estate issues. As a writer, he wrote
a monthly column for the WESTCHESTER SENIOR NEWS (1995-1997), titles such as:
"Preventing a Powerless Power of Attorney," and "Estate Planning-The Basics.";
and a monthly column for CONSULTING ENGINEER (1980-1984): "A Frivolous Lawsuit
is No Laughing Matter." Paul has also lectured at the Charles Givens Financial
Institute, at The New School on financial planning and at UBS on Estate
Planning.
Paul enjoys playing any sport, traveling and various types
of cuisine. He has coached all three of his children and was a founding member
of the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Basketball Association.
Paul is a graduate
of Tufts University, (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering)1975. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University in
1980, winning the Tax Award. He is admitted to practice in New York, as well as in
Florida.
